For our second task (Snapshot Project), we have been asked to create a 'snapshot', which introduced ourselves; either by creating a vlog, or a poster.

Since we had two options; one being a vlog, we had to include:

  1. Our self, images, or an animation
  2. Text or speech introducing ourselves (we were not allowed to include personal information; for safety reasons).
  3. Be two minutes maximum
  4. Be edited in a way which would engage the audience
The second option was to create a poster like the 'What (people think) I do' meme.


The What (people think) I do meme is a series of visuals portraying a range of assumptions towards a particular field of work or expertise.

This series, for example, compares varying impressions about art students held by others, self-image, and often the tedious reality of the skill.

In our poster, images which  we had to include were:
  1. A title (our name, as we had to create the poster representing ourselves)
  2. Six images
  3. Six captions: What My Parents Think I Do, What My Friends Think I Do, Two of our choice (e.g. teachers, society, school etc).
  4. What I Think I Do, and What I Really Do.
